Hey, I’m Kyle! Fitness and athletics have always been at the core of who I am. Throughout my life, I’ve competed in hockey, baseball, tennis, and football—each sport teaching me key lessons in discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. These values are now central to my work as a Certified Elite Trainer with the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA).
